The EstiMate Power-Up for Trello is designed to help teams assign and visualize story point estimates on Trello cards. This Power-Up operates entirely within Trello and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside of Trello's systems.

Information the Power-Up accesses

The Power-Up only accesses data necessary to perform its functions:

• Card and board information (titles, members, and lists)
• Story point values entered by users through the Power-Up interface

All such information is stored securely within Trello as Power-Up data scoped to the current board or card.

Information sharing

This Power-Up does not send data to any external servers, analytics platforms, or third-party services. Data is never shared, sold, or transmitted outside Trello.

Cookies and tracking

The Power-Up does not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics, or advertising technologies.

Data retention and deletion

Any data stored by the Power-Up resides within Trello's infrastructure and can be deleted at any time by removing the Power-Up from a board or deleting the corresponding Trello cards.

Changes to this policy

Updates to this Privacy Policy may be made if new functionality is added (for example, optional premium features with a backend service). The most recent version will always be available on this page.
